Paste Values Keyboard Shortcut (Excel Tip)

If you do any work in Excel, you find yourself copying and pasting values often.

Here’s a quick tip on using keyboard shortcuts to paste values.

Step 1 – Copy the cells by using the CTRL C combination.

Step 2 – Paste the cells by using the CTRL V combination.

You will notice the paste options icon shows up at the bottom right hand corner of the cells  you just pasted.

Step 3 – Paste Values

Before clicking any other keys, tap the CTRL key again. This opens your paste options box, to show the options shown below. Hit V again, which changes what you’ve just pasted into Values.

It is that simple!
